Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination for oversea customers. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for international parcels as this is the responsibility of the carrier once the item has been dispatched. In general, customer orders will be processed within 24 hours, then you will receive an e-mail notification for shipment tracking.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY "UNDELIVERABLE ORDER SHIPMENTS"?

All shipments returned to TEKKIMA are considered undeliverable shipments. Reasons for undeliverable parcel include incorrect addresses, postal personnel failing to deliver (including the absence of the addressee), or the return of unclaimed shipments by the courier company.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, TEKKIMA will notify the customer by e-mail to handle the re-delivery arrangements. Re-delivery is the same as TEKKIMA's standard shipping cost. Even if the original order is free of charge, you still need to pay the re-delivery fee and handling fee. The customer may also have to pay the additional shipping charge returned by the shipment.

TEKKIMA reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
